Shipping & returns
Buying jewellery online can be a bit of a guessing game, and I want you to be happy with what you’ve chosen.
Shipping
Shipping is charged on top of product pricing and is $10 within Aotearoa. I ship via New Zealand Post using a tracked service, with signature on delivery and standard packaging.
I ship across Aotearoa and internationally. If you're ordering from outside New Zealand, please get in touch first. Shipping will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. If there’s any delay or stock issue, I’ll contact you.
Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss a refund or exchange.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
– Items must be unworn and in original condition
– Original packaging must be included
– Return shipping is at your cost
– Custom pieces and sale items are not eligible for return
I’ll always do my best to ensure a good fit before you place your order, especially for made-to-order pieces.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty, please get in touch as soon as possible. Photos are really helpful and will speed things up. If the fault is confirmed, I’ll either repair, replace, or refund the piece.
